In 2012, Y Soft Venture Capital has been established to provide support to startups with interesting technology and help them with the international expansion.[3][4][5]

In 2013, Y Soft announced the acquisition of Equitrac Systems of Australia.[6][7]

In 2014, Y Soft announced the investment in 3D printer manufacturer be3D. Y Soft acquired a 51% share of be3D in the investment agreement.[8]
