Yaba is a suburb located in Lagos Mainland LGA, in Lagos State. Institutions of higher learning in the area include Queen's College, the Nigerian Institute of Medical Research, the Yaba College of Technology, Igbobi College, the University of Lagos, the Federal School Science and Technical College, and the Federal College of Education. Yaba has one of the busiest market sites in Lagos, known as Tejuosho Market, Nigeria. And directly opposite that market known by many Lagosians is the well known Yaba Psychyatry called as Yaba Left by many [1] Yaba is fast becoming one of the go-to places for technology renaissance in Africa, quite like Nairobi in Kenya, with Tech Start ups like Hotels.ng, Andela, Cc-Hub and many others impacting the ecosystem for good. As the notoriety of the region soars, the hotels in Yaba are evolving as well to cater for the upsurge in guests and as well as look the part - upwardly mobile.
