Ying Xiong Wu Lei (英雄无泪, lit. The Hero With No Tears) is a Hong Kong comic book adaptation of Gu Long's wuxia novel of the same name, illustrated by Ma Wing Shing.
Plot/Summary
Considering heroes, who are the real heroes? Anyone can be a hero if he can take the life-chance.
In fictional feudal China, the dynasty is ruled by Zhuo Clan.
Chang'an is where the competition between Daxiaogu and Xiongshitang takes place on in chaos. The two leaders Sima Bugun and "Xiongshi" Zhou Meng are in war. Gao Xianfei is the wanderer who challenges Sima a duel. Wulei is the assassin who kills many of Daxiaogu's warriors.

- Sima Buqun (司馬 不麕) - Untouchable Sima
- He is the leader of Daxiaogu. He acts as a polite, heroic middle-aged man but actually he is the vile character who is ready to use any bad ways to defeat his opponents.
- Zhuo Donglai (逴 东来) - Zhuo Coming from the East
- The vice-leader of Daxiaogu. Though he uses many bad tactics to win his opponents, he always keeps his promises, even to the enemies. He loves Sima Bugun.
- Xiao Xianfei (萧 嶄飛)
- The son of Xiao Lixue, who is named Ruxia Daoshuai, the polite brigand. He is the nephew of Zhuo Donglai because his father Lixue is not only Zhuo Donglai's master but his brother-in-law as well.
- Lu Wulei (陸 无泪) - No Tears Lu
- Principle of Xiao Lixue. His father is Lu Jiuyuan, the master of Shuiyue Honglou.
- Zhou Meng (周 猛)
- The leader of Xiongshitang.
- Mu Li (漠 瓈)
- Servant of Zhou Meng. He later defeats Zhuo Qing and declares himself the Emperor.
- Zhuo Qing (逴 青) - Azure Zhuo
- His true name is Lian Shanhe, the adopted son of Enouch Lian Shanwen, who served Zhuo Clan's Dynasty and protect the true prince. He took the title true prince from his sworn brother Jiang Lang.
- Sima Yingxiong (司馬 英雄) - Hero Sima
- The eldest son of Sima Bugun, original name Sima Haoyun (司馬 皓雲).

- The blood son of Mu Li. He was the son of his and his martial master Ma Lin's wife, Liao Hongye. He hates all his parents because his father Mu Li raped his master's wife and his mother Hongye treated him badly. He only loves his stepfather, also his father's master, Ma Lin as parent.

- The war between the rivals in the novel can be compared with the era Qin, Han and Chu and the era of divided country Three Kingdoms. The Zhuo Clan's Dynasty as Qin Dynasty. Mu family's Dynasty as Han Dynasty and Shu Han Dynasty. Zhuo Qing's as Western Chu. The rivals of Mu Family's Dynasty, Yingxiong's Daxiaogu and Xiao Yao's Xiao Family Rule as the rivals of Three Kingdoms.
- The name of one of Yingxiong's subordinates is Baimei Ma Liang, whose name is exactly as Ma Liang of Three Kingdoms period, and his nickname also (Ma Liang is called White-Eyebrows - Baimei).
- The names of characters in the novel are named after the other novels, such as the name Pu Songling from the author of Liaozhai Zhiyi, the name Yun Zhong Zi from the character from Fengshen Yanyi, the name of Lu Jiuyuan from the famed scholar, the name of Xiao Feng from the Tian Long Ba Bu hero, etc. And the emperors as well.
