Yoganidrasana

Yoganidrasana is an Asana. It is translated as Yogic Sleep Pose from Sanskrit.

The name of this pose comes from "yoga" meaning "to unite", "nidra" meaning "sleep", and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat".[1][2][3]

Benefits and Cautions

This advanced yoga pose opens up the inner hips and thighs, stretches the hamstrings and lower back and opens the shoulders (rotator cuffs) through binding action.

Be careful if you have hip, lower back, neck or shoulder injuries.[2][3]
