Z111 Factory
Z111 Factory is located in Thanh Hoá, Vietnam.[1] They produce small arms like TT-33, machine guns like PKM and assault rifles such as AK-47 for the People's Army of Vietnam. However, their output capacity is confidential.[2] The factory is guided under the General Department of Defence Industry.[3]
Z111 Factory is also charged with producing Galil ACE, a modern Israeli assault rifle which is the current standard-issue assault rifle of People's Army of Vietnam under IWI license.[4] They have also produced the M18, a Vietnamese copy of the CAR-15 since 2010.[5]
