ZXC v BNM

ZXC v BNM is a 2010 anonymised privacy case in English law. The case involved saw an interim injunction obtained to prevent the publication of private information about an individual.[1] The tabloid Daily Star newspaper have reported that the case concerns a footballer's private life.[2]
