Zaalouk

Zaalook

Zaalouk or Zalouk[1] is a Moroccan salad of cooked aubergine and raw tomatoes.[2]

A recipe for Zaalouk by Stevie Parle appeared in British newspaper The Daily Telegraph in 2011.[3]
