1965 Norwegian Football Cup
Skeid became Norwegian Cup winners when they beat Frigg 2–1 on the 7 November. There were 3 finals in 1965. The first two ended as ties. The goal scorers for Skeid were Terje Gulbrandsen and Pål Sætrang. For Frigg, the goal scorer was Erik Schønfeldt.

The goal scorer for Skeid was Pål Sætrang and scored in the 75th minute. The goal scorer for Frigg was Per Pettersen who scored in the 25th minute. 8 826 spectators attended Ullevaal. The referee was Rolf Hansen.
