555 Collins Street is a cancelled skyscraper that was to be located on Collins Street in the Melbourne CBD, Australia. Developed by the Fragrance Group, the mixed-use development included plans for a 298-metre-high (978 ft) tower, consisting of 91 stories; as well as comprising office, apartment and hotel space.[1] Should the skyscraper have been built, it would have become one of the tallest buildings in Australia.[2] Plans for the skyscraper were officially cancelled in April 2016.[3]

Previously developed by The Stamoulis Property, the proposal initially comprised an 404-metre-high (1,325 ft) office tower, over 82 floors.[4][5][6] The proposal required final approval from the Victorian Planning Minister Matthew Guy;[7][8] however, this proposal was cancelled in July 2013.[9]

It is the former site of the Federal Coffee Palace, which was demolished in 1973, for the modernist office block Enterprise House.
