Himanshu Purohit (born 1 July 1992), better known by his stage name Airavt (pronounced "Airavat"; stylized as ɅIRɅVT), is an Indian[2] Entrepreneur, EDM DJ, Musician and electro house record producer[3]
Background and career
Himanshu Purohit was born on 1 July 1992 in Bikaner Rajasthan, India, where he grew up as well. He then moved to Jaipur in his teenage to pursue career in Engineering . Meanwhile, in his Engineering First year he founded his technology company Speedmech on 1 April 2011 and till now he his the CEO of Speedmech. In June 2014, Airavt completed his Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical engineering. Although being a Mechanical Engineer, he always has passion for producing Music[4] & writing Song to inspire & motivate people . When he came across electronic music, he became fascinated with the genre and has decided to pursue it as his career . On Republic Day (India) ,he released the Teaser of his first single "It's Time to Dream"[5] on Soundcloud.[6] After this he has released Various Outstanding hits in EDM genre .

Charitable work
Since his College Days, Airavt began working with his college friends on "Speedmech Foundation" , an Non-Profit organisation founded by himself to serve the needy people in 2011. In this series every year various Social Campaigns are conducted like "Cloth donation Campaign" , "Plant plantation campaign" etc. are completed successfully every year . He wanted to inspire every person to help needy people who are in real need of basic necessities . Airavt explained, "The Ultimate goal of My life is to Motivate people to live a healthy,peaceful & musical Life. I am so thankful to my family & friends as they always helped me & understand my goal to help needy people " .
Influences
From Childhood he is highly influenced by Bill Gates as he founds him most successful Entrepreneur. For his Musical Ambition Airavt's influences include Avicii,[8]Stromae, A.R.Rahman,and Calvin Harris.
