Andrew "Andy" Turner (born 23 March 1975 in Woolwich) is an English-born former footballer who represented the Republic of Ireland at youth level and played in the Premier League for Tottenham.
As part of his Tottenham career, Turner set a then-Premier League record as the division's youngest-ever goalscorer, when he scored against Everton on 5 September 1992, aged 17 years and 166 days.[1]
Turner also played for numerous other clubs in the Football League, including several seasons at Portsmouth and Rotherham United.
After retiring from playing he has moved into coaching; he was appointed assistant manager at Coalville Town in January 2014, having had spells as a coach at both Kidsgrove Athletic and Chasetown and then as manager of Alsager Town from May 2012 to January 2014.[2][3][4]
