Araki Station (新木駅 Araki-eki) is a railway station operated by JR East’s Abiko Branch Line of the Narita Line located in Abiko, Chiba Prefecture Japan. It is 8.9 kilometers from the terminus of the Abiko Branch line at Abiko Station.
History
Araki Station was opened on April 1, 1958 as a passenger station on the Japan National Railways (JNR). An overpass and the north exit to the station were opened on April 1, 1979. The station was absorbed into the JR East network upon the privatization of the Japan National Railways (JNR) on April 1, 1987.

Layout
Araki Station is an elevated station with a single island platform; however both platforms are in use only during peak hours. During off-peak times, Platform 1 is used for bi-directional traffic.
