Artis Ābols (born January 3, 1973) is a retired Latvian ice hockey forward who is currently the head coach of Lada Togliatti in the Kontinental Hockey League.[1] His son, Rodrigo Ābols, is also an ice hockey player currently with the Portland Winterhawks of the major junior Western Hockey League and was selected by the Vancouver Canucks in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft.
