The Avatar: The Last Airbender comics are a continuation of the original Nickelodeon animated television series, Avatar: The Last Airbender, created by Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko and is the only Avatar series that is currently running.

Avatar: The Last Airbender – The Lost Adventures
The Avatar: The Last Airbender – The Lost Adventures graphic novel collected long-out-of-print, fan-favorite comics previously published in Nickelodeon Magazine and with the Avatar: The Last Airbender DVD collections, in addition to brand-new comics pages. Published on June 15, 2011, it was an anthology that included twenty-eight stories by various writers and artists, many of whom worked on the original animated series.[1]
