Ayşe Sultan is the name of two wives and two daughters of the Ottoman Sultans:
- Ayşe Hatun (wife of Murad IV)
- Ayşe Seniyeperver Sultan, wife of Ottoman Sultan Abdul Hamid I and adoptive/step-mother of Mustafa IV
- Ayşe Sultan (daughter of Bayezid II) (1465–1515), Ottoman princess, daughter of Sultan Bayezid II and his wife Nigar Hatun
- Ayşe Sultan (daughter of Murad III) (1570–1605), Ottoman princess, daughter of Sultan Murad III and his consort Safiye Sultan
