Ayman Hefny (Arabic: أيمن حفني; born 31 December 1985) is an Egyptian footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Egyptian giant Zamalek.[2] Zamalek fans calls him the magician because of his amazing dribbling skills and his great passing accuracy.
Club Career
El-Badrasheen
Hefny played for El-Badrasheen in Egyptian Second Division in his youth career till he was promoted to the first team in 2008
Misr El-Makasa
In 2009, Misr El-Makasa scouts Magdy Ashour and Gamal Omar were sent to see this player in a second divion game. They were impressed by his talent so they signed him for L.E.100000($13,000) paid to El-Badrasheen.
Hefny Scored his debut goal with El-Makasa in season 2010-2011 against Wadi Degla FC in a win 6-2. He became his club top star when he scored a double kick against Ismaily SC.
Tala'ea El-Gaish
Hefny was obligated to be loaned to military club Tala'ea El-Gaish because he did not perform his military service. Hefny's performance decreased dramatically because of the rough nature of the coach Farouk Gaafar. He scored only two goals in 42 games with Tala'ea El-Gaish.
Zamalek
Hefny joined Zamalek in 2014. He was give shirt number 14 which was worn before by Zamalek Legends such as Hassan Shehata and Hazem Emam. He quickly became a fan favourite because of his skills. He scored his debut goal against Arab Contractors SC. Zamalek Manager Jesualdo Ferreira depends on him in most games. He succeeded in winning Egyptian Premier League with Zamalek in his first season
