"Baby Don't Cry" is the second single from the 1992 album Welcome to Wherever You Are by INXS. It was written by Andrew Farriss. Farriss has said it was written about his daughter Grace and how he missed his young child whilst touring. The single was released only in Europe (UK) and Australia.

Incorporating the 60 piece Australian Concert Orchestra,[1] the song hit #20 on the UK, and #30 on the ARIA charts.[2]

In November, the band won one of two Australian Music Awards for Best Best Video for 'Baby Don't Cry', the other for Best Australian Band.
