Bagbera is a census town in Purbi Singhbhum district in the state of Jharkhand, India. It comes under Greater Jamshedpur Plan. Most of the railway quarters are situated here.

Demographics

As of 2011 India census,[1] Bagbera had a population of 1,05,185. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Bagbera has an average literacy rate of 66%, higher than the national average of 59.5%; with 59% of the males and 41% of females literate. 14% of the population is under 6 years of age.
