The bay-ringed tyrannulet (Phylloscartes sylviolus) is a species of bird in the family Tyrannidae. It is found in Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay.
Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is becoming rare due to habitat loss.
