Bilaspur is a Lok Sabha parliamentary constituency in Chhattisgarh.

All eight assembly segments are in Bilaspur district, which also contains another assembly constituency that is part of Korba (Lok Sabha constituency). Mungeli and Masturi constituencies are reserved for Scheduled Castes (SC) candidates.^[2]
