Boas Notícias is the twentieth studio album and the fourteenth in the Portuguese by singer, TV presenter and actress Xuxa Meneghel. It was released in 1997 by Som Livre.
The album was produced by Michael Sullivan, and had artistic direction of Aramis Barros.[1] This album returns the work of the singer directly to children, who became minority in the 3 albums predecessors, sold 800,000 copies, marking the highest sales that its predecessor Tô de Bem com a Vida which sold about 500,000 copies.[2] Boas Notícias reached the 15th position among the 50 best-selling albums of Brazil, according to Billboard magazine.[3]
