Brandon Halverson (born March 29, 1996, Traverse City, Michigan) is an American professional ice hockey Goaltender. He is currently playing for the Hartford Wolf Pack in the American Hockey League (AHL) as a prospect to the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League (NHL). Halverson was selected by the Rangers in the 2nd round (59th overall) of the 2014 NHL Entry Draft.

Playing career

During the 2014–15 season, Halverson appeared in 50 games for the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). He registered 40 wins, 5 losses, 2 shootout losses and no overtime losses. [3] He and the Greyhounds went to capture the Hamilton Spectator Trophy for a record of 54-12-0-2, 110pts), the Greyhounds fell short in the Western Conference Finals to the Erie Otters.

On July 2, 2015, Halverson was signed to a three-year entry-level contract with the New York Rangers.[4]
