Busachi (Sardinian: Busache) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Oristano in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 90 kilometres (56 mi) north of Cagliari and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) northeast of Oristano. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,574 and an area of 59.2 square kilometres (22.9 sq mi).[1]
Busachi borders the following municipalities: Allai, Fordongianus, Ghilarza, Ortueri, Samugheo, Ulà Tirso.
