The CERH European Roller Hockey Championship is a European roller hockey competition organised by the Comité Européen de Rink-Hockey (CERH) and contested by the best men's national teams.

The most successful team is Portugal, who have won the competition 21 times and are the current champions, having defeated Italy in 2016.
