Cap Bon (Arabic: الرأس الطيب), also Watan el-kibli,[1] is a peninsula in far northeastern Tunisia. It is located at around 36°45′N 10°45′E / 36.750°N 10.750°E / 36.750; 10.750Coordinates: 36°45′N 10°45′E / 36.750°N 10.750°E / 36.750; 10.750. It is surrounded by the Gulf of Tunis in the north. Towns located on the peninsula include Nabeul, Kelibia and Menzel Temime. The ruins of the Punic town Kerkouane are located here.
