Carlos Felipe Rodríguez Rangel (born 3 April 1989) is a football goalkeeper. He currently plays for the club Monarcas Morelia, in the Liga MX.

Rodríguez played for Mérida in the Mexican Primera División A during 2008.[1]

He is the cousin of goalkeeper Moisés Muñoz.
