Casper Henningsen (born July 6, 1985) is a Danish professional football player, who plays at Brønshøj Boldklub in the Danish 1. Division.

Style

Henningsen can play as a winger as well as a forward and is known for good technique and pace.

Career

He started his senior career with amateur club Slagelse B&I in 2003, before moving to Silkeborg in the beginning of 2007, signing a contract until the summer 2009.

He made his Silkeborg debut at the indoor soccer Tele2-cup, where he made a series of promising appearances. Henningsen has stated that he is looking forward to playing as a full-time footballer, claiming that, "In the second division you had go along with a full time job, strength training and football training and still be mentally and physically ready for playing football. Now you can just concentrate on training".[1] He received number 14 at Silkeborg IF, he left the club on 29 December 2008 and moved to Akademisk Boldklub.

After one year in FC Vestsjælland where they promoted to the best league in Denmark, it was announced that Casper Henningsen moved to Brønshøj Boldklub.
