The Church of St. Mary Magdalen is a former Roman Catholic parish church under the authority of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York, located at Avenue D between 12th Street & 13th Street in Manhattan, New York City.

The parish was originally established at 529 East 17th Street, a midblock gable-fronted brick single-cell church with Romanesque details that has since been demolished. The parish address was listed in 1892 as being at 527 E 17th Street.[1] The parish moved to its final location in 1945. The parish is now closed.
