Northern Mariana Islands Commonwealth Constitution

The Constitution of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands is the governing document of United States Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands ("CNMI"), and was drafted and approved between 1976 and 1978. It was passed and approved pursuant to the Covenant between the United States and CNMI.
