Dale Lastman (born 19 March 1957) is the current Chair of Goodmans. He is the son of former Toronto mayor Mel Lastman.
Career and community involvement
Dale Lastman practices corporate, commercial and securities law with Goodmans. He serves as a director of Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment and as an Alternate Governor for both the NHL and the NBA.[2] Lastman also serves as on the boards of RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust and The Hospital for Sick Children.[3] In addition, Dale Lastman is an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, where he lectures on securities law.[4]
In 2012, Lastman was recognized as one of Toronto's 50 most influential people by Toronto Life Magazine.[5]
