Dare to Dream is the second studio album by the American country music singer Billy Gilman, released in 2001 (see 2001 in country music) on Epic Records Nashville. Although its singles "Elisabeth" and "She's My Girl" both fell short of the Top 40 on the Billboard country singles charts, the album was certified gold by the RIAA.
