David Chong

David Chong Kok Kong (simplified Chinese: 张国光; traditional Chinese: 張國光; pinyin: Zhāng Guó Guāng) is a Singaporean attorney and founder and Chairman of Portcullis TrustNet, a company administrator and fiduciary headquartered in Singapore.[1][2] An expert in offshore asset protection, Chong assisted in drafting legislation for the Malaysian offshore financial center of Labuan.[1] Chong also owns Hong Kong-based Lintel Securities.[3]

Portcullis TrustNet gained widespread attention during the Offshore leaks financial scandal, in which an employee of the company's British Virgin Islands office allegedly leaked a cache of client account information to the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists.[4][5]
