Debora S. Marks is a researcher in computational biology who works as an assistant professor of systems biology at Harvard University.[1] Her research develops computational approaches to better understand genetic variation.

She submitted her PhD thesis in 2010.[2]

In 2016 she was awarded the Overton Prize by the International Society for Computational Biology.[3]
