Demirören (Melli) is a village in Anamur district of Mersin Province, Turkey. It is situated on the state highway to the west of Anamur. Distance to Anamur is 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) and to Mersin is 240 kilometres (150 mi). The population of Demirören is 822 as of 2011.[1] The village is a banana producer.
