The East Asia Basketball Championship for Men is a tournament which takes place every two years between teams of the continent. The tournament is also known as the East Asian Championships. This is the East Asian qualifying tournament for the FIBA Asia Championship. The top 3 nations are qualified to have the rights for FIBA Asia Championship.
