Emma Harper is a Scottish politician who is a Scottish National Party (SNP) member of Scottish Parliament for the South Scotland region, elected in the Scottish Parliament election, 2016.[1]
Harper was born in Stranraer.[2] She is trained as a nurse.[2]
Political career
Harper joined the SNP in 2010.[2]
In 2015 she stood for the UK Parliament as SNP candidate for Dumfriesshire, Clydesdale & Tweeddale where she finished second.
