European Test Symposium

The IEEE European Test Symposium[1] (ETS, previously European Test Workshop - ETW) is a well-recognized forum for presenting and discussing trends, emerging results, and hot topics in the area of electronic-based circuit testing and system testing. This annual academic conference has undergone healthy growth and continuous improvement of quality since it was first organized in 1996.
