Fantasy Toys Lowrider Bicycle & Hobby opened up as a father-and-son venture in the spring of 1995.[1] The shop started in Cleveland's Barrio Rite off W44th and Lorain Avenue. They offered custom paint, custom engraving and custom upholstery. Fantasy also carried all of the parts offered by Warren Wong's Slam N' Ride and Lowrider Bicycle INC. In 2002, Fantasy Toys moved to a different location in Cleveland, Ohio.[2] Fantasy Toys Lowrider Bicycle & Hobby also fabricate custom wheels and parts.

Fantasy Toys most popular bicycles are Child's Play.[3] Built in 1996 out of a schwinn midget frame, it was modified with a tank and fin. Child's Play has a large stereo system in the trailer. The bicycle also features custom engraving, gold and even neon lights.[4]
