Filipinos in Austria are either migrants or descendants of the Philippines living in Austria. Roughly 30,000 Filipinos reside in Austria.[1]
20,000 Filipinos, a majority of them women, are employed as nurses in Austrian hospitals, mostly in Vienna.[2] A couple hundred Filipinos also work as maids and domestic workers.[2]
There are about 53 Filipino organisations in Austria.[3]
