Frank Washington

Frank Washington was an American basketball player. Washington was a 6'4" guard from Wilberforce, Ohio.[1] Washington played for the New York Rens from 1941–42 before joining the US Navy.[2] In 1945, he played for the Washington Bears.[2] Washington was part of the first Harlem Globetrotters team to travel around the world.[3] Washington was a member of the Harlem Globetrotters from 1946 to 1950.[3] His daughter Michelle Washington was also a basketball player. Washington died in 2013 at the age of 91.[4]
