Genebelle Francisco Raagas is a beauty queen from the Philippines. She won the Miss Philippines Earth 2005 title and went on to represent her country at Miss Earth 2005 held in Quezon City, Philippines on October 23, 2005. She became one of the top sixteen finalists. The pageant was won by Alexandra Braun Waldeck of Venezuela.
She was crowned by the previous year's Miss Philippines Earth titleholder, Tamera Marie Lagac Szijarto. Her runners-up were Miss Philippines Air Nadia Lee Cien dela Cruz Shami, Miss Philippines Water Arleine Villanueva, Miss Philippines Fire Antonette Stephanie Yu and Miss Philippines Eco Tourism April Lynn Villanueva.
Raagas crowned her successor, Catherine Untalan during the 2006 Miss Philippines Earth pageant finale in Quezon City.
