Ghormach (Pashto: غورماچ) or Ghowrmach is a village in Badghis Province in north western Afghanistan.[1] It serves as the center of Ghormach District.
Climate
With a mild and generally warm and temperate climate, Ghormach features a hot-summer Mediterranean climate (Csa) under the Köppen climate classification. The average temperature in Ghormach is 14.9 °C, while the annual precipitation averages 356 mm. August is the driest month with no rainfall, while March, the wettest month, has an average precipitation of 85 mm.
