The Hungarian Festival is a one-day event held the first Saturday of June in Fifth Ward in New Brunswick, New Jersey. It is a "daylong celebration of Hungarian culture, music, dance, [and] art".[1] The festival is a street fair celebrating Hungarian culture, organized each year by the Hungarian Civic Association.[2] Food available includes töltött káposzta, kolbász, pecsenye, and gulyásleves. 2006 was the 33rd festival and it commemorated the 50th anniversary of the Hungarian revolution.
