Jamuria Union (Bengali: জামুরিয়া ইউনিয়ন) is a union of Ghatail Upazila, Tangail District, Bangladesh. It is situated 3 km west of Ghatail and 35 km north of Tangail, The District Headquarter.
Demographics
According to Population Census 2011 performed by Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics, The total population of Jamuria union is 29556.There are households 7463 in total.[1]
Education
The literacy rate of Jamuria Union is 50.4% (Male-53.7%, Female-47.3%).[2]
