Joanna Seybert (born 1946) is a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Judge Seybert received a B.A. from the University of Cincinnati in 1967 and a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in 1971. She was nominated to the court by President Bill Clinton on September 24, 1993, to a new seat created by 104 Stat. 5089, confirmed by the United States Senate on November 20, 1993, and received her commission on November 24, 1993. She assumed senior status on January 13, 2014.
