Jobs in Dubai.com, Inc. was founded in 2002 by Nofel Izz in Canada and in 2005 it opened offices in Dubai.[1][2] In 2006 complaints arose that the company had no office at the address it advertised in Dubai.[3]

At the end of 2008, its website listed companies like Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Axiom Telecom, Arya Insurance, FedEx, and First Gulf Bank as clients of the agency and it claimed to be the largest online recruiting firm in the Middle East.[4][5] The agency had even opened offices in India, and Canada.[4]

In December 2010 Izz announced that he wanted to sell the company,[2] and In June, 2011, it was sold to Ashish Agarwal, an Indian-based investor, in a $9 million deal.[4]
