Kösebalcı is a village in Tarsus district of Mersin Province, Turkey. It is situated in the Çukurova plains to the west of Berdan Dam reservoir at 37°00′N 34°52′E / 37.000°N 34.867°E. Its distance to Tarsus is 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) and to Mersin is 40 kilometres (25 mi). The population of village is 286 as of 2012.[1]
