The station serves the Oklahoma City metropolitan area, and is owned by Champlin Broadcasting, Inc.[1] KNAH previously aired an oldies format as KZLS “True Oldies 99.7” before switching to its current format of Classic Country in late September 2013 of Envision Radio Networks Hank FM branding.[2]
