Kaye Gorenflo Hearn is a justice of the South Carolina Supreme Court. She is a graduate from the University of South Carolina school of law and holder of honorary degrees from institutions including the Charleston School of Law, Francis Marion University, and the University of South Carolina.^[1] She was elected on May 13, 2009, to complete the term of Justice John H. Waller.^[2]
