Kentucky Route 364 (KY 364) is a 12.832-mile-long (20.651 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway connects mostly rural areas of Magoffin and Morgan counties with Cottle.

Route description

Magoffin County

KY 364 begins at an intersection with KY 1081 (Coon Creek Road) east-northeast of Maggard, within Magoffin County. It travels to the north-northwest, paralleling Improvement Fork, and curves to the north-northeast. It travels through Plutarch and curves to the north-northwest, paralleling Rockhouse Creek. The highway crosses over the creek, travels through Logville, and curves to the southwest. It then enters Morgan County.[1]

Morgan County

KY 364 curves to the west-southwest and passes Kennard Cemetery. It crosses over Trace Fork and then enters Matthew. There, it intersects the northern terminus of KY 3333 (Pricey Creek Road). Then, it curves to the north-northeast and begins paralleling Licking River. After the highway curves to the northwest, it leaves the river. It curves to the west-northwest, passes Easterling Cemetery, and crosses Lacy Creek. It curves to the northwest and enters Cottle, where it meets its northern terminus, an intersection with US 460/KY 7.[2]
